Teams at Titan Dealer Management Solutions (Titan DMS)

Design, develop, and productionise LLM-powered features integrated into Titan DMS. Build AI agents, prompt strategies, RAG/knowledge retrieval, REST APIs and web UIs. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, low-latency, and comply with AI governance. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX and QA; perform testing, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Lead Titan's IT function to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure and cloud services. Oversee cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Microsoft 365, Atlassian tools, cybersecurity strategy, ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance, backup/DR, IAM, vendor management, operational governance, budgets, and a global IT team to ensure availability, security, and continual service improvement.
