Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls, fire/life safety). Monitor BMS, record readings, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, respond to tenant inquiries and emergencies, enforce safety procedures, and mentor junior staff.

Support business analytics and performance across attractions, hospitality, and partnerships. Deliver executive-ready insights, build dashboards and SQL-based reports, validate data, automate reporting with Python and AI tools, and coordinate cross-functionally to support forecasting, pacing, and decision-making.

Support regional and departmental FP&A by building and maintaining forecasting and expense models, preparing analyses, memos and presentations for senior management, leading budget and reforecast cycles, producing monthly management reporting and ad-hoc profitability analyses, and collaborating with regions, departments, and technology to improve reporting and processes.
