Develop and oversee ZO’s global tenant amenity programming strategy, including cultural curation, event production, marketing coordination, partnerships, budgets, KPIs, and regional execution. The role manages tentpole events from concept through activation, develops sponsor and creative-industry relationships, supervises global staff, represents the brand in client communications, and drives innovative, efficient programming processes across Tishman Speyer’s office portfolio.

Ten-week summer internship providing rising juniors and seniors with interdisciplinary training across core real estate functions. Interns gain hands-on experience, support Tishman Speyer teams, participate in asset tours and team-building events, and contribute to business initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate interest in real estate, coursework in finance, accounting, or real estate, proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools, strong communication, professionalism, flexibility, and knowledge of real estate investment markets.

Manages liquidity, cash forecasting, loan schedules, fund models, financial analysis, valuations, capital commitments, and reporting. Supports financial statement preparation, intercompany loan tracking, credit facility administration, and compliance with financial agreements. Partners with portfolio management, asset management, tax, and corporate finance teams while improving financial data integration, automation, and reporting processes.
