The HR Business Partner executes HR strategy, manages employee relations, leads change management, supports recruiting, and assists with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Drive sales and customer growth within an assigned territory by building dealer relationships, prospecting new business, leading trainings and promotions, managing manufacturer incentive programs, maintaining CRM records, collaborating cross-functionally, and meeting sales KPIs while traveling frequently to client sites.

Manage facility back-shop operations, inbound/outbound product flow, safety, asset protection, KPI-driven team performance, adherence to corporate policies, and act as TLC Manager when absent.
