Leads shipping, receiving, and daily warehouse operations at a regional distribution center. Assigns work, monitors workload and KPIs, ensures safe and efficient execution, improves processes, manages operational budgets and timelines, resolves customer complaints, removes bottlenecks, and coordinates with internal teams, contractors, and third-party logistics operators. Requires warehouse management, people leadership, process improvement, analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Manages distribution center back-shop and warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound product flow, facility opening and closing, asset protection, safety, cleanliness, policy adherence, KPI management, process improvement, team leadership, training, customer service, and logistics performance. Acts as the TLC Manager during absences and ensures operational goals, financial outcomes, and company standards are achieved.

Administers and manages employee benefit programs, including enrollment, eligibility, deductions, vendor relationships, employee education, open enrollment, compliance, filings, audits, and HRIS data reconciliation. The role supervises one Benefits Coordinator, resolves complex benefits issues, coordinates with payroll and HR, and supports renewals and implementations. It requires strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, IRS and DOL requirements, along with vendor management, communication, and project execution skills.
