Leads regional sales growth, customer relationships, geographically dispersed sales teams, and revenue, volume, margin, and budget performance. Partners with the Regional Operations Leader as co-owner of regional P&L, collaborating on logistics, inventory, service levels, cost optimization, and strategic planning. Develops dealer relationships, acquires major customers, uses data to identify opportunities, and drives cross-functional execution across sales, operations, supply chain, marketing, and customer service.

Manages back-shop facilities operations, inbound and outbound product flow, warehouse safety, cleanliness, asset protection, and adherence to corporate procedures. Supervises teams, manages KPIs, drives process improvements, supports logistics performance, and acts as TLC Manager when needed. The role also includes opening and closing the facility, employee development, customer service, financial awareness, and daily operational execution.

Drives sales growth across car dealers and independent tire retailers within an assigned territory. Builds customer relationships, prospects for new business, delivers product and sales training, manages manufacturer incentive programs, and supports promotional events. Maintains CRM records, coordinates inventory and market-launch activities, collaborates with internal teams, and tracks sales, activation, growth, margin, and KPI performance. Travel of up to 75% is required.
