Provides second-level IT support for retail stores and corporate operations. Troubleshoots hardware, software, POS, peripheral, connectivity, VPN, and basic network issues; installs and deploys equipment; manages escalations with internal teams and vendors; documents incidents and solutions; maintains knowledge-base content; and communicates resolutions to technical and non-technical users while following IT security and technology standards.
