Coordinates workers’ compensation claims from injury reporting through resolution and return to work. Responsibilities include investigating claims, reviewing medical and accident documentation, maintaining confidential records, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring related leave, analyzing injury trends, coordinating with insurers and third-party administrators, supporting workplace accommodations, and communicating with employees, managers, providers, legal representatives, and other stakeholders.

Develops commercial fleet business across an assigned region by acquiring new accounts, expanding existing relationships, meeting revenue and profit goals, and increasing market share. Builds target-account pipelines, presents tailored solutions, manages customer issues, leads field sales support, creates dashboards and process manuals, delivers training, represents the company at industry events, and travels extensively to customers, locations, and retread plants.

Conduct full-cycle, high-volume recruitment across assigned regions, including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer drafting, and onboarding communication. Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define hiring needs, improve selection and retention, train interviewers, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain awareness of staffing levels, market conditions, headcount, and pay bands.
