Design, implement, and maintain high-performing Java-based services in a complex system landscape. The role requires cloud experience with AWS or Azure, strong SQL and database knowledge, containerization skills, CI/CD experience, and basic Linux knowledge.

Build and maintain scalable AWS data infrastructure and platforms for Data Engineering, CRM, and Data Science teams. Automate infrastructure with Python, Shell, Docker, and Terraform while improving observability, governance, reliability, testing, scalability, and cost efficiency. Manage AWS services, monitor systems, resolve incidents, maintain SOPs and SLAs, and collaborate with security, DevOps, and engineering teams.

Own and improve business processes across functions and locations, identifying bottlenecks, increasing efficiency, ensuring compliance, and minimizing operational disruption. The role involves documenting process maps, collaborating with stakeholders to align requirements, implementing improvements, and tracking KPIs. Candidates should bring relevant process-optimization experience, strong analytical and commercial judgment, stakeholder-management skills, customer focus, and fluent English; German is beneficial.
