Lead and develop the Finance Business Partnering team and act as trusted financial advisor for Retail, Online, and Games. Own P&L performance, drive budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning, deliver commercial analyses and reporting, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with FP&A and Accounting to improve decision-making and business outcomes.

Partner with Digital and Games leaders to provide financial insight, analyse revenue and margin drivers, support budgeting, forecasting and investment decisions, deliver performance reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and drive improvements in reporting and business partnering processes.

Design, implement and maintain high-performance Java services using Spring Boot and Hibernate. Work across the full software lifecycle, contribute to CI/CD, containerized deployments, documentation, and mentor junior developers while improving legacy systems.
