Own the authentication and access domain (login, MFA, passwordless, account recovery, B2B/S2S auth, session security). Define product strategy, manage discovery-to-delivery, write PRDs, instrument auth metrics, ensure quality/UAT, work with UX and cross-functional stakeholders, and apply AI tools responsibly for risk scoring and adaptive MFA.

Manage, implement, maintain and integrate HR systems (SmartRecruiters, Sage People). Drive automation, ensure data quality, improve HR processes and integrations, lead system enhancements, and partner with global HR to deliver improvements.

Support design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks. Analyze reward data, run salary reviews, benchmarking surveys and job evaluations, produce clear reports, monitor market trends, and provide reward recommendations to HR stakeholders to attract, motivate, and retain talent.
