Operates and improves production platforms by monitoring reliability, automating infrastructure and applications, optimizing performance, supporting distributed systems, and planning capacity. Partners with development, product, and platform teams to improve service resilience, delivery speed, and system stability. Uses service-level objectives, operational metrics, cloud technologies, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure provisioning to reduce disruptions and enable continuous improvement.

Own and improve key business processes across regulated markets, monitoring KPIs and ensuring scalability, compliance, and commercial alignment. Evaluate new initiatives and product features for operational feasibility, customer impact, cost, and return on investment. Translate business needs into requirements, coordinate Product, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial stakeholders, and drive cross-functional alignment through implementation.

Leads and develops the international HR Business Partner team while owning people strategy execution. Advises senior leaders on organizational design, talent, succession, performance, employee relations, workforce planning, restructuring, and change initiatives. Partners with HR leadership, Legal, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and supports engagement, retention, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. Requires extensive HR business partnering and people management experience in a fast-moving online, gaming, or similarly dynamic industry.
