Prepare audit schedules, support month-end close, assist system implementations, and collaborate on ad-hoc analyses to improve accounting processes and controls.

Own rollout and adoption of AI tools and agentic SDLC across Product-Technology; build scalable enablement programs, maintain Confluence knowledge base, run forums and guilds, partner with leadership to define metrics and measure impact.

Manage and expand relationships with ~100 existing customers to uncover upsell opportunities, drive sales cycles, and close deals. Develop and execute account success plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain CRM data, and engage executive stakeholders to ensure customer value and revenue growth.
