Leads customer implementations of Tipalti’s SaaS accounts payable automation platform. Responsibilities include guiding customers through technical integrations, managing project timelines and tasks, providing implementation support, documenting lessons learned, gathering product feedback, and partnering with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and revenue outcomes.

Designs and builds scalable, event-driven .NET microservices for high-volume financial workflows, including account balances, funds transfers, and bank reconciliation. The role owns system architecture, reliability, observability, testing, and production quality while mentoring engineers and leading technical decisions. It also emphasizes AI-assisted development throughout design, coding, testing, and review, alongside collaboration with Product, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.

Own post-go-live relationships for partner-referred customers, driving adoption, retention, expansion, advocacy, and long-term value. Manage customer health, risks, renewals, escalations, and executive stakeholder relationships while collaborating with partners and internal teams. Help build the Partner Customer Success function, including processes, segmentation, engagement strategies, enablement, and operational infrastructure. Use customer insights and AI tools to improve outcomes, and mentor team members.
