Design, build, and operate complex backend and distributed systems (primarily in Python). Develop and expose APIs, optimize performance, reliability, cost, and observability, debug production incidents, contribute to ClickHouse-related work, use SQL, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate asynchronously across teams.

Lead and grow Customer Success and Support, manage PoCs through production, onboard and drive adoption, handle technical escalations, use usage data and AI to prioritize outreach, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering, hire and coach team, and convert customer feedback into product improvements.
