Sell vehicles by greeting customers, identifying needs, conducting demonstrations and test drives, negotiating pricing and financing, processing sales documents, following up after purchase, and meeting monthly sales goals. The role collaborates with finance, service, and parts teams and requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Provide HR administrative support including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, HRIS data entry, attendance and PTO tracking, training and engagement support, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Lead and manage the dealership sales floor, coach and develop sales staff, drive sales strategies and promotions, monitor CRM and performance metrics, analyze market and inventory, collaborate with Finance/Service/BDC, recruit and train talent to exceed targets.
