Leads wood fiber insulation production from raw material intake through finished goods, emphasizing safety, team development, operational efficiency, machine uptime, yield, cost control, scheduling, budgeting, and performance management. Partners with Maintenance, Quality, Building Science, Supply Chain, and EHS while supporting continuous improvement and troubleshooting. Provides leadership to supervisors and operations teams in a continuous manufacturing environment, including occasional nights, weekends, and on-call support.
