Prepares and serves therapeutic diet trays to skilled nursing residents, sets up and breaks down dining areas, charts food and fluid intake, and communicates with residents about nutritional needs. The role requires English literacy, measurement comprehension, and preferably experience in nursing home food service or working with seniors.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including phone coverage, visitor assistance, filing, records retrieval, correspondence, scheduling, meeting coordination, office supply management, equipment maintenance, and department event planning. Supports managers and supervisors while responding to administrative inquiries. Requires strong computer and communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and at least two years of office or professional administrative experience.

The Marketing and Sales Specialist builds brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and supports occupancy goals through digital campaigns, content, events, outreach, public relations, and community engagement. The role oversees marketing materials, website and social media activity, lead-generation reporting, campaign performance, referral relationships, and collaboration with sales teams to nurture and convert prospects.
