Lead and develop Regional Sales Managers and Agronomic Technical Consultants to execute sales strategies, grow revenue, strengthen customer relationships, manage forecasting and CRM reporting, and align sales with marketing and product teams to support grower success.

Work with growers and ag retailers to sell and demonstrate agronomic products and services. Build relationships, generate leads, run field demonstrations and crop tours, execute sales plans, record activity in CRM, represent the brand at events, and travel frequently within an assigned territory.

Act as a field sales and agronomy consultant: build relationships with growers, teach product use, run field demonstrations and collect data, represent the company at events, travel within the assigned territory, and develop and execute regional sales strategies.
