Perform live on-camera product demonstrations and sell items for Tilt, entertain and engage viewers, build an audience, work 3–5 days/week including evenings and weekends, and work on-site in central London.

Work directly with founders to drive mission-critical projects, analyze large datasets using SQL to surface insights, improve processes for scalability, keep founders organized, and step in across the business to solve urgent problems.

Own and grow a fashion category on Tilt by building seller relationships, using SQL-driven analytics to monitor KPIs, leading marketing initiatives (influencers, livestreams), collaborating cross-functionally, and solving seller problems to drive growth and retention.
