Lead Tilt’s product design function across consumer financial products. Set design vision and quality standards, manage and grow a team of six designers and one researcher, build research capabilities, influence product strategy, scale the design system, advocate for users, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and executive leadership. Drive AI-enabled design practices and ensure product experiences deliver measurable user and business impact.

Automate accounting close and reporting workflows using SQL, Python, dbt, and finance systems. Responsibilities include reconciling NetSuite and subledger data, building dashboards, troubleshooting reports and data loads, validating financial models against the general ledger, preparing audit requests, and administering finance tools. The role replaces spreadsheet-based processes with documented, repeatable automation while partnering with Accounting, Finance, and BI teams.

Build and scale mobile experiences in React Native and web products in React and TypeScript. Own features from design handoff through production, develop credit-related user flows, extend a clean-architecture codebase, collaborate on APIs and BFF contracts, and work directly with product, credit, compliance, and analytics teams. Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions while using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity.
