Tilt (formerly Empower) Benefits Overview

Own credit performance for Tilt’s Mexico cash advance product, including credit policy, loan pricing, eligibility, unit economics, experimentation, and portfolio monitoring. Partner with data science to productionize risk models, monitor delinquency and vintage performance, and drive improvements across Product, Engineering, Collections, Finance, BI, and Marketing. The role requires strong consumer credit risk expertise, knowledge of Mexico’s lending market, analytical modeling skills, and executive communication.

Lead Risk Operations transformation programs from problem definition through implementation and measurement. Own automation initiatives, process redesign, tooling improvements, partner transitions, operational metrics, readiness, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Risk Operations, Fraud Strategy, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data, Shared Services, and Vendor Management to deliver measurable gains in service levels, quality, risk outcomes, backlog, and cost.

Lead backend engineering for NIRA’s consumer credit platform, scaling infrastructure, expanding support for financial products, and improving credit decision systems. Collaborate with engineering teams across APAC and with product, finance, compliance, support, and analytics stakeholders. Own technical solutions end to end in an AWS-native environment while contributing to platform and product strategy.
