Build and maintain travel services for seafarer crew logistics. Responsibilities include debugging frontend and backend systems, handling technical customer requests, shipping full-stack features, adding observability, writing tests, participating in code reviews, and progressively owning travel service modules. The role requires learning flight booking and travel aggregation domains while communicating clearly with customers and collaborating across an international startup team.

Own QA at a growing B2B SaaS startup by building scalable Playwright and TypeScript end-to-end automation, managing regression coverage, setting CI quality gates, triaging defects, leading release decisions, and embedding test strategy across the product lifecycle. The role also includes root cause analysis, test documentation, risk-based testing, and collaboration with engineering, product, design, and customer-facing teams.

Owns Tilla’s APAC new-business strategy and sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation, closing, and customer handoff. Builds relationships with ship managers, ship owners, and crewing organizations; manages complex, multi-stakeholder deals; represents the company at industry events; maintains CRM and forecasts; and helps shape the APAC go-to-market strategy. The role is based near Singapore and includes regular regional travel.
