The Sales Design Consultant greets customers, sells tile products, builds relationships, tracks sales goals, and provides updates on orders while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Lead global supply chain, procurement, and product sourcing strategies to optimize costs, supplier performance, and delivery. Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, risk management, P&L responsibility, and cross-functional transformation initiatives including digitalization and process automation. Build and mentor distributed teams, report performance to executive leadership, and ensure compliance, sustainability, and business continuity.

Greet and assist customers, build lasting relationships, sell tile and related products to meet sales goals, explain product use and installation, track orders and follow up, work evenings and weekends, and perform other store duties as assigned.
