Adoption Assistance
We honor the respective maternity and paternity leave policies for adoption.
Family medical leave
Eligible employees may also be entitled to leave under the FMLA. This federal law allows eligible employees to take up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave for certain family or medical reasons.
Generous parental leave
Maternity Leave: 15 weeks of paid leave with the option of extending maternity leave for 11 more weeks of unpaid leave (26 weeks total). Paternity Leave: 1 month paid.
