Lead Tigera’s People Team by overseeing talent acquisition, HR practice optimization, employee enablement, performance frameworks, leadership development, vendor partnerships, and Vancouver site operations. Advise executives on complex HR matters, coach team members, support recruiting execution, improve retention strategies, and drive AI adoption across People operations.

Build and ship security tools for agentic AI workloads running on Kubernetes. Responsibilities include traffic interception, policy enforcement, runtime protection, workload discovery, and observability. The role involves developing production software with technologies such as eBPF, Go, Python, Cedar, agentgateway, OpenTelemetry, and ClickHouse, while owning features end to end in a fast-moving environment.

Leads SDR teams in Vancouver and Cork, coaching representatives, improving outbound messaging and qualification, and building a repeatable pipeline-generation motion. The manager partners with Sales and Marketing, monitors meetings and conversion metrics, reviews outreach quality, maintains CRM discipline, and develops SDR talent. The role requires hands-on management, technical curiosity, strong communication, analytical ability, and in-person work from the Vancouver office four days per week.
