Serve as the in-store face of the bakery portfolio, grow sales within a defined route by planning and order-writing, merchandising, stock rotation, returns, pricing, and reporting customer and competitive intelligence. Build relationships with store management, ensure compliance with trade agreements, manage documentation, and support POP and inventory execution.

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic Sales & Distribution projects: establish governance, manage cross-functional teams, track risks/milestones, support leadership reporting, drive change management, and measure business benefits to improve operations and commercial performance.

Support the People Manager delivering site-specific HR programs and administrative People Shared Services. Execute talent acquisition, onboarding, L&D administration, ER/IR operational support, employee engagement, reporting, and SLA-driven HR processes. Ensure HRIS data integrity, business adoption, and implementation of People Manager initiatives.
