Develop and execute category sourcing and supply-and-demand planning strategies, improving procurement value, inventory, customer service, and supply risk management. Lead PS&OP processes, consolidate portfolio plans, manage exceptions and contingency planning, oversee planning tools and KPI improvements, and develop a team of supply and demand professionals. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive best practices, optimize working capital, and support category performance.

Designs, plans, and executes manufacturing line trials across production units. Analyzes trial data, troubleshoots technical issues, prepares reports, and recommends product and process improvements. Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Production, and other stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient trials. Supports new product and packaging development, continuous improvement, staff training, and implementation of optimized manufacturing processes. Travel between manufacturing sites is required based on project needs.

Analyzes sales, customer, market, budget, and purchasing data to identify trends and support promotional and profitability strategies. Develops sales forecasts, prepares evaluation reports, presents insights to leadership, recommends budget reallocations, and evaluates marketing or organizational changes. The role also supports sales strategy meetings, explains findings to staff, and uses retail analytics, customer data, and productivity tools.
