The role requires four years of bookkeeping experience, trial balance expertise, Grade 12, and a bookkeeping qualification.

Relieves process controllers and operators across breaks, absences, leave, and shift changes. Operates and monitors processing equipment, performs routine checks, records production data, and ensures quality and food safety standards. Reports equipment faults and process deviations, supports line start-ups, shutdowns, cleaning, and changeovers, and maintains a safe, hygienic workplace while helping meet production targets.

Responsible for accurate and timely logistics financial reporting, including journals, reconciliations, accruals, close processes, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, variance investigation, audit support, stock takes, fixed assets, controls, and process improvements. The role partners with Finance, Logistics Operations, Shared Services, auditors, and external providers to resolve financial queries and support operational decision-making.
