Provide warm, memorable client service as a Tiffany brand ambassador. Assist sales and operations with POS, boxing/wrapping, engraving station, waiting lists, hospitality area upkeep, inventory, and special projects while supporting store procedures.

Represent the Tiffany brand by delivering exceptional luxury client experiences, proactively building and deepening client relationships, organizing private appointments, driving sales with a focus on diamonds and high jewelry, supporting CRM and inventory accuracy, participating in brand events, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and store procedures.

Provide luxury retail sales and exceptional client service at a Tiffany store. Build client relationships, meet sales KPIs, manage inventory and reservations, uphold brand standards, and support team culture. Use client tracking systems, deliver personalization and product care services, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
