Processes international repair and parts orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory transactions while coordinating with global locations, service centers, outbound teams, and internal departments. Ensures accurate documentation, customs facilitation, timely follow-up, customer issue resolution, and effective communication. Supports inventory control, process improvements, escalations, and departmental projects while maintaining service standards and operational accuracy.

Supports PR strategy across the MEA region by developing editorial plans, crafting press materials and brand narratives, managing media and talent relationships, coordinating events and gifting, and analyzing coverage, trends, campaign impact, and ROI. The role also maintains media lists, supports product loans and photoshoots, and processes vendor payments for Tiffany & Co.'s luxury communications activities.

Represent the Tiffany brand while delivering exceptional client experiences, developing lasting client relationships, achieving store sales targets, and growing repeat business. Responsibilities include clienteling, capturing client data, styling clients, promoting key product pillars, using POS and client tracking systems, and working flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
