Communicate designs and progress while meeting delivery timelines for a federal government client.

Manage multiple IT projects for a U.S. Government client, coordinating cross-functional application development, IT operations, and information security teams. Gather and maintain business, functional, and technical requirements; manage user acceptance testing; track risks, issues, changes, POA&Ms, and milestones; and communicate project updates to stakeholders. Projects span cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, AI integrations, FedRAMP compliance, Zero Trust controls, and network upgrades.

Leads Oracle EBS Financials implementation and support across Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and General Ledger. Manages project teams, resolves advanced technical issues, responds to ServiceNow incidents, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, prepares executive presentations, and oversees Agile tool usage. Requires extensive Oracle EBS expertise, PL/SQL proficiency, payment-processing knowledge, US work eligibility, Public Trust eligibility, and availability for on-call support.
