Work with outside/counter sales to grow and service accounts, generate new and repeat sales, process orders/quotes/returns, recommend products, locate parts, coordinate deliveries, manage CRM records, and provide high-quality customer service while meeting monthly sales quotas. May require lifting up to 50 lbs and some travel.

Sell parts and services to new and existing accounts through in-person and phone contacts. Prospect, develop account growth strategies, manage CRM records, follow up on orders, coordinate deliveries, and provide high-level customer service for heavy-duty and automotive aftermarket clients.

Support customers and grow branch sales by building relationships, processing quotes/orders/returns, sourcing parts, coordinating with warehouse and delivery, responding to inquiries, and promoting products through cross-sell and upsell activities.
