Design and implement behaviour-based AML monitoring models and segmentation; optimise detection vs operational productivity; translate AML typologies into data-driven controls; ensure audit-ready model documentation; drive analytics roadmap and innovation across monitoring systems.

Provide Level 2 support to SME members across phone, chat and email; troubleshoot product issues, spot recurring problems, produce reports, give product feedback to Product and Ops, mentor Level 1 colleagues, and help improve workflows.
