Owns engineering strategy, shared decisioning capabilities, ML model lifecycle, agentic AI governance, platform scalability, and measurable risk and efficiency outcomes. The role manages distributed engineering, data science, and analytics teams while aligning risk, compliance, operations, payments, product, and technology stakeholders across multiple markets.
