The role also supports compliance with the Investment Company Act, Internal Revenue Code, SEC regulations, and enhancements to trade monitoring systems and processes.

Provide frontline IT support via ticketing (NinjaOne): resolve account, software, hardware, network, and conferencing issues; configure and image laptops; manage endpoint enrollment (Intune/Rippling); support Entra ID/Azure AD and MFA; document tickets and knowledge base (Notion); escalate complex issues; assist onboarding/offboarding while following security and compliance practices.

The AVP of Trading is responsible for managing ETF portfolios, executing trades in equities, options, and fixed income, while ensuring compliance with fund objectives and enhancing operational efficiency.

Lead content strategy and execution across LinkedIn, video, email, and web. Translate complex financial and regulatory topics into engaging thought leadership and client-facing content. Manage editorial calendar, partner with compliance/legal, track performance metrics, and iterate based on business impact.
