Manage active and index ETF portfolios, execute trades, monitor compliance, perform reconciliations, support portfolio rebalances and ETF basket activity, and prepare oversight and regulatory materials. Supports tax administration and reporting for exchange-traded funds. Responsibilities include calculating dividend and capital gain distributions, preparing tax returns and shareholder reporting adjustments, monitoring book-to-tax differences, coordinating tax disclosures and provisions, and researching tax impacts across securities. The role partners with fund administration leadership, auditors, and clients while helping expand tax administration services.

Leads day-to-day tax administration for ETF funds, including RIC and excise tax returns, tax provisions, distributions, Subchapter M compliance, and shareholder reporting data. Manages tax professionals, reviews complex work, supports clients and auditors, resolves technical issues, and improves processes, controls, technology, and training. Requires substantial investment company or fund tax experience, with preferred ETF tax operations, CPA or master’s credentials, and process improvement experience.

Manage and oversee passive ETF portfolios, including portfolio monitoring, trade execution, rebalancing, reconciliations, compliance reporting, and regulatory filings. Partner with Trading, Compliance, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain controls, support client needs, and improve portfolio management workflows and processes.

Execute and manage leveraged ETF trades across equities, options, and swaps; handle trade allocation, settlement, reconciliation, and post-trade operations. Use Bloomberg and institutional platforms to support best execution, portfolio performance, and fund efficiency. Collaborate with portfolio management, operations teams, prime brokers, and market makers. Analyze market trends, improve trading processes, maintain accuracy, and ensure adherence to fund objectives and regulatory requirements.

Execute and manage leveraged ETF trades across equities, options, and swaps while handling allocations, settlements, reconciliations, and post-trade operations. Use Bloomberg and institutional trading platforms to support best execution and fund efficiency. Collaborate with portfolio management, operations teams, prime brokers, and market makers; monitor markets, improve trading procedures, ensure accuracy, and support fund objectives and performance.

Leads financial and emerging risk management, stress testing, derivatives and liquidity risk programs across an ETF investment platform. Builds risk appetite frameworks, controls, regulatory reporting, quantitative models, AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, dashboards, and an integrated risk management system. Partners cross-functionally to deliver actionable risk intelligence and support regulatory compliance, including SEC Rules 18f-4 and 22e-4.

Lead and scale ETF fund administration, overseeing regulatory filings, board reporting, audits, liquidity monitoring, operational controls, risk management, and service-provider relationships. Build scalable processes, develop senior teams, strengthen governance, improve efficiency, and partner with internal stakeholders and external fund ecosystem participants. Support regulatory exams, client due diligence, and platform growth while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and service quality.

Leads YieldMax’s brand and integrated marketing strategy, team, budget, campaigns, product launches, digital and social channels, influencer partnerships, content, investor education, events, and media relations. Measures audience growth, engagement, website activity, fund flows, and assets under management. Partners with leadership, sales, product, portfolio management, legal, and compliance to ensure effective execution and adherence to SEC and FINRA marketing requirements.

Lead content strategy and execution across LinkedIn, video, email, and web. Translate complex financial and regulatory topics into engaging thought leadership and client-facing content. Manage editorial calendar, partner with compliance/legal, track performance metrics, and iterate based on business impact.

This role involves the ownership and optimization of Bloomberg and trading platforms, partnering with traders to improve workflows and system configurations.
