The Director of Business Development is responsible for sales strategy, team leadership, pipeline governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets in SLTT markets.

Lead or support HUD CDBG-DR program implementation, compliance, and grant management. Oversee financial tracking, monitoring, and closeout; develop policies, Action Plans, and technical assistance; manage projects, teams, and client deliverables; perform research, reporting, and business development support. Frequent travel and extended deployments required.

Supervise and provide disaster case management services: assess needs, develop recovery plans, connect survivors to resources, advocate, coordinate with stakeholders, document cases, and support recovery operations.
