Supervise and support a team of case managers delivering FEMA Individual Assistance case management: intake assessments, individualized recovery plans, referrals, advocacy, coordination with agencies and community partners, documentation, training, and quality assurance to help disaster survivors achieve sustainable recovery.

Provide clerical and administrative support to the Program Manager and Disaster Case Managers: manage correspondence, document and file management, data entry, scheduling, quality control, compliance support, and reporting. Assist damage estimators and ensure timely, accurate documentation and timesheets.

Lead delivery of trauma-informed disaster case management services, coordinate partners and resources, supervise casework quality, oversee reporting and compliance, and advocate for disaster-affected constituents to support equitable recovery.
