Lead and develop the Project Managers team, establish governance and delivery best practices, and oversee successful delivery of strategic, technology-driven projects. Translate executive strategy into project roadmaps, manage budgets, risks, resources, and vendor relationships, and provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder management to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.

Leads and scales HR operations across Cyprus and international entities. Owns service delivery, employment documentation, compliance, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, reporting, payroll inputs, and process improvement. Coordinates with local HR teams, providers, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance to ensure consistent, compliant, audit-ready operations. Drives workflow standardization, automation, employee self-service, and operational dashboard development while maintaining privacy and governance.

The Regional Marketing Manager will execute marketing campaigns across LATAM, coordinate brand activations, manage CRM workflows, and improve execution workflows while ensuring regional relevance and brand consistency.
