Coordinates with local HR teams, providers, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance to ensure consistent, compliant, audit-ready operations. Drives workflow standardization, automation, employee self-service, and operational dashboard development while maintaining privacy and governance.

The Regional Marketing Manager will execute marketing campaigns across LATAM, coordinate brand activations, manage CRM workflows, and improve execution workflows while ensuring regional relevance and brand consistency.
