Serve as first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and ticketing. Troubleshoot product/technical issues, log and prioritise tickets, escalate complex cases, maintain records, contribute to knowledge base, and collaborate with internal teams to improve support and customer satisfaction.

Lead and scale Ticketer's marketing function: set strategy and KPIs, drive demand generation and brand positioning, run integrated campaigns (digital, content, events, ABM), support product launches, manage budget and performance reporting, and align marketing with commercial, product and customer teams to grow pipeline and ARR.
