Recruit and onboard e-commerce agencies as Ticimax resellers, present platform solutions, negotiate partnerships, nurture reseller relationships, support sales strategies, monitor performance, and provide training and marketing enablement to help partners generate revenue.

Leads the IT infrastructure team and manages physical, virtual, and Kubernetes-based systems. Develops infrastructure growth strategies, oversees system performance, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity, and ensures PCI DSS and ISO 27001 compliance. The role also manages cybersecurity risk reduction, IT budgets, SLAs, reporting, recruitment, team development, and technology adoption.
