Provide timely, courteous pricing, quotes, and order processing for customers; offer technical assistance; manage stocking programs, customer-specific inventories, returns/credits, and contract implementation; support Outside Sales and resolve customer service issues while maintaining product and pricing knowledge.

Develop, maintain, and optimize CNC/NC programs and nesting layouts to maximize material yield and support production. Coordinate tooling, update programs per engineering or customer needs, support shop floor planning, create technical documentation, and participate in 5S, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing.

Drive profitable sales in the Nevada territory by developing and servicing customers and key accounts. Create territory market plans, perform sales calls, train customers, manage pricing and inventory, maintain customer database/CRM, report trends and resolve customer issues. Role is safety-sensitive and involves work on/around motor vehicle equipment.
