Thundermist Health Center

Thundermist Health Center is a nonprofit community health center serving Rhode Island communities, with locations in Woonsocket, West Warwick, and Wakefield/South County. It provides integrated medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare, along with pharmacy services, social-service case management, prenatal and postnatal care, substance-use-disorder treatment, school-based health services, gender-diverse care, and services for people living with HIV through a fully integrated care model.
