Dispose of grease/oil, clean floors/walls/storage, organize tools, follow OSHA chemical safety and PPE requirements, and perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks per company standards.

Manage daily spa, pool, and fitness operations to deliver AAA Four Diamond service. Oversee staffing, training, merchandising, inventory, budgeting, pricing, promotions, and competitor analysis. Develop service menus, marketing initiatives, and team development plans while safeguarding assets and ensuring operational profitability and compliance with company standards.

Supervise internal maintenance and uniforms teams to ensure cleanliness and safety across casino areas. Assign and monitor daily tasks, enforce policies, train and coach staff, conduct interviews, handle equipment and chemical safety (OSHA/Hazard Communication), respond to HotSOS/cell requests, and maintain related paperwork and inventory.

Perform repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment across a 24-hour casino/resort. Respond to guest and team requests, follow safety and OSHA guidelines, maintain tools and materials, prepare bills of materials, and work under supervision to keep property systems operational and compliant.

Perform repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance of mechanical and building systems to support 24-hour casino/resort operations. Train junior team members, follow safety and company standards, respond to guest complaints, maintain tools/equipment, and prepare materials for assigned tasks.

Provide personalized VIP guest service for casino guests: handle calls, reservations, arrivals, amenities, transportation, enroll players, issue rewards cards, coordinate with departments, and support special events while maintaining confidentiality and AAA Four Diamond service standards.
