Train to operate casino CCTV and related surveillance equipment, monitor gaming areas and departments, conduct covert observations and transaction audits, recognize cheating techniques, and enforce gaming regulations and internal controls. The role requires confidentiality, reliability, investigative judgment, effective communication, quick reactions under pressure, and the ability to obtain a gaming work card.

Supervise internal maintenance and uniforms teams to ensure cleanliness and safety across casino areas. Assign and monitor daily tasks, enforce policies, train and coach staff, conduct interviews, handle equipment and chemical safety (OSHA/Hazard Communication), respond to HotSOS/cell requests, and maintain related paperwork and inventory.

Manage daily spa, pool, and fitness operations to deliver AAA Four Diamond service. Oversee staffing, training, merchandising, inventory, budgeting, pricing, promotions, and competitor analysis. Develop service menus, marketing initiatives, and team development plans while safeguarding assets and ensuring operational profitability and compliance with company standards.
