Creates engaging copy from creative briefs across social, email, paid digital, video, print, out-of-home, experiential, and retail channels. Researches and develops concepts from draft through final copy, maintains brand voice across mediums, presents work for feedback, and collaborates with creative teams on longer-form content and product launches. The role is hybrid, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday in San Francisco.

Manage end-to-end photo and video production from pre-production through post-production. Build schedules, budgets, and call sheets; source and coordinate crew, talent, vendors, locations, permits, and product samples; supervise on-set operations; oversee deliverables, edits, asset management, invoicing, and budget reconciliation. Partner with Art Direction and cross-functional teams to keep projects on time and on budget while improving workflows and maintaining version control and campaign rollouts.

Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and social channels; track orders, resolve service issues, coordinate with carriers, maintain accurate records, flag trends, collaborate cross-functionally, meet team metrics, and support CX team initiatives while working Pacific Time business hours including weekends.
