Ensure scalable, secure, high-quality Salesforce and cloud-native solutions, champion DevOps/CI-CD, partner with product/UX, manage vendors, and recruit and develop engineering talent to deliver business outcomes.

Lead architecture and design of scalable, resilient software systems; drive modernization, platform strategy, and cross-team integrations. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and promote DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and AI-driven practices while influencing standards, vendor selection, and incident resolution to meet business and performance objectives.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data pipelines and data warehouse/BI solutions. Mentor junior engineers, define engineering standards, support DevOps/CI-CD practices, engage vendors, and participate in recruiting and product planning. Deliver scalable, resilient data solutions using cloud platforms and ETL tools.
