Designs, develops, tests, implements, and maintains scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. Builds Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and platform capabilities; troubleshoots complex Salesforce and enterprise-system issues; supports production operations, observability, CI/CD, and DevOps improvements. Provides technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers and collaborates with architects, product owners, business partners, and technology teams.

Leads strategy, vision, roadmaps, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for enterprise data products supporting corporate functions. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to deliver analytics, governance, operational decision-making, and AI-enabled experiences. Coaches Product Owners and product teams, manages tradeoffs, tracks KPIs, conducts discovery, and promotes Agile product practices. Requires extensive enterprise data product experience, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.

Owns direction, discovery, prioritization, roadmap, and backlog management for enterprise data products. Partners with product managers, stakeholders, data engineers, architects, governance teams, and users to define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes. Supports agile delivery of trusted, scalable data products serving corporate functions, analytics, governance, operational decision-making, and AI-enabled experiences.
