Implements TMN event plans and communications, coordinates event logistics (virtual, hybrid, in-person), analyzes engagement data and produces outcomes reporting, serves as secretary to TMN boards (meeting logistics, minutes, Board Effect), and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support membership growth and engagement.

Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture across the insurance platform. Design and implement scalable, reusable systems; influence senior leaders; mentor engineers; drive standards, DevOps/CI-CD improvements, vendor evaluations, and cross-team alignment to deliver enterprise-scale outcomes.

Lead product teams delivering enterprise API capabilities to move data between Systems of Record and Systems of Engagement. Define portfolio strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market; prioritize and sequence work; drive outcomes using Agile and human-centered design; measure product performance; recruit and develop teams; and collaborate across business and engineering to deliver high-value features for clients and advisors.
