Leads community and business development efforts by partnering with financial advisors, field leaders, and local organizations. Develops strategic relationships with churches, nonprofits, and business networks; plans and executes community events; supports advisor engagement strategies; increases awareness of membership and impact programs; and creates opportunities that drive client relationships, advisor appointments, sales growth, and community impact. The role requires presentations, facilitation, CRM proficiency, travel up to 50%, and occasional evening or weekend work.

Provides advanced administrative and secretarial support to management, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting scheduling, communications, records maintenance, correspondence, reporting, project support, and confidential information handling. The role supports multiple managers or business units, maintains stakeholder relationships, and performs complex administrative and program-processing duties remotely within the United States.

Leads engineering teams responsible for data enablement and technology platforms. Guides solution architecture, software development, code reviews, DevOps, engineering standards, platform strategy, vendor selection, and production support. Partners with product managers and stakeholders on roadmaps and business outcomes, removes team impediments, promotes agile practices, coaches engineers, manages talent, and recruits high-performing teams. Establishes department objectives, policies, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics while driving cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement.
