Designs, builds, integrates, and continuously improves business systems, workflows, APIs, automations, internal tools, dashboards, and data flows across healthcare operations. Owns technical solutions from discovery and requirements through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Troubleshoots multi-system issues, implements validation and monitoring, documents technical processes, evaluates AI-enabled automation opportunities, and mentors team members while partnering with Operations, Clinical, Fulfillment, Marketing, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Build and manage a sales pipeline targeting clinics, med spas, wellness practices, and telehealth organizations. Prospect through outbound and inbound channels, convert and activate new accounts, grow recurring revenue, retain customers, reactivate dormant accounts, and maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts. Participate in structured training and mentorship, conduct virtual and in-person meetings, and graduate to independent territory ownership after activating 25 accounts.

Lead provider education, lifecycle marketing, and content for clinic and telehealth partners. Build education funnels, onboarding curricula, CRM-driven email flows, and partner enablement assets. Measure funnel performance, retention, activation, and campaign metrics; maintain brand assets and timelines; collaborate with Clinical, Product, and Pharmacy teams to ensure accurate, compliant content.
