Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, CI/CD, containerized deployments, testing, documentation, performance, and code quality. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, lead technical initiatives, and use AI tools to improve development workflows and build AI-driven platform capabilities.

Designs, builds, integrates, and continuously improves business systems, workflows, APIs, automations, internal tools, dashboards, and data flows across healthcare operations. Owns technical solutions from discovery and requirements through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Troubleshoots multi-system issues, implements validation and monitoring, documents technical processes, evaluates AI-enabled automation opportunities, and mentors team members while partnering with Operations, Clinical, Fulfillment, Marketing, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
