Lead design, develop, and maintain Piktochart's backend systems for scalability, performance, and security. Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams, optimize databases and queries, conduct code reviews, evaluate new technologies, and mentor developers while integrating AI agents and improving CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.

The Community and Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing ThriveCart’s brand and community engagement, managing communications, facilitating discussions, and ensuring brand consistency across channels.

Perform high-volume outbound prospecting to create enterprise pipeline for platforms with $5M-$50M revenue. Qualify and book discovery meetings, articulate value of headless-style checkout and commerce infrastructure, and provide market feedback to executive leadership to shape the enterprise go-to-market motion.
