Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (firewalls, switching, wireless) for new and existing customers. Coordinate installations, testing, monitoring, documentation, and handoffs to support teams while following standards and escalating complex issues.

Provide remote and escalated systems administration for client environments: troubleshoot servers, workstations, networks, firewalls/VPNs, Office 365/Azure, backup/DR and remote access (Citrix/Terminal Services). Document environments, develop standards, mentor engineers, identify recurring issues, implement security best practices, and support after-hours/on-call as needed.

Provide first-contact remote technical support for workstations, servers, and networks; triage and document incidents, troubleshoot Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 issues, use ticketing and RMM tools, escalate to engineers, manage priorities, and maintain clear customer communication.
