Provide remote and escalated systems administration for client environments: troubleshoot servers, workstations, networks, firewalls/VPNs, Office 365/Azure, backup/DR and remote access (Citrix/Terminal Services). Document environments, develop standards, mentor engineers, identify recurring issues, implement security best practices, and support after-hours/on-call as needed.

Provide onsite IT support for a single enterprise client: provision and configure iPads and computers, manage inventory, troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity, document actions in ticketing system, liaise with vendors, perform onboarding/termination provisioning, and deliver user training and occasional field support.

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of cloud network infrastructure, administer Fortinet firewalls, troubleshoot routing/switching/DNS/DHCP/VPN issues, support Cisco hardware, follow change control, document work, and assist senior engineers with projects and incident response.
