Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, interpret assessment data, produce diagnostic reports, provide counseling and crisis intervention, support IEP/504 and RTI/MTSS processes, consult with educators, and participate in threat assessment and school safety initiatives to promote student academic and social-emotional well-being.

Lead a blended team of W-2 and 1099 recruiters to fill 200–300+ clinical roles across multiple states. Own end-to-end recruiting strategy, ATS and AI-driven sourcing, KPI dashboards, interview processes, candidate closing, and onboarding communications. Partner with clinical leaders, optimize job board spend, and travel to high-stakes markets during peak hiring windows.

The School Nurse will provide healthcare services to students in a school setting, ensuring their health and safety, and collaborating with staff to support students' well-being.
