Teams at Thrive Scholars

Provide instructional and mentoring support for college-level math or writing courses in a commuter summer academy. Co-teach with faculty, run lessons and office hours, give writing feedback (for writing TAs), build student community, monitor engagement, report concerns, and support student safety and professional development throughout the program.

Provide onsite medical care for students and staff at residential Summer Academy: manage medications and records, conduct health check-ins, oversee first aid and communicable disease procedures, coordinate off-campus care and emergency response, maintain medical supplies and Health Station, and collaborate with program leadership to uphold safety and health protocols.

Supervise College Access and College Success managers, lead program operations and project management, develop advising tools and data systems, coordinate Summer Academy logistics and cross-departmental initiatives, and support scholar advising and onboarding with up to six weeks travel.
