Develop and lead a comprehensive support program for at-risk youth, coordinate individualized case plans, build protective factors, maintain accurate client records, engage youth across locations, collaborate with program staff, and ensure consistency of services. Provide crisis intervention, track outcomes, and support wraparound care while complying with required checks, trainings, and documentation.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, payroll, benefits administration, IT oversight, and risk/compliance for a nonprofit. Develop finance and payroll policies, present financials to leadership and the Board, manage audits, and supervise finance staff to support organizational goals.
