Provide cath lab clinical support: airway and suction care, sterile technique, medication handling, patient transport, point-of-care testing, radiation safety, and operation of cath lab equipment and hospital systems (PACS/EMR).

Maintain par levels and inventory for OR and Cath Lab: receive, verify, restock, rotate stock, perform audits, track high-cost devices, reconcile discrepancies, support cost containment and compliance with infection control and accreditation standards.

Supervise Med Surg/Telemetry unit operations, ensuring clinical excellence, patient throughput, and staff support. Collaborate with physicians and departments, enforce policies, manage staffing and supplies, respond to escalations, and provide hands-on RN coverage as needed. Promote patient-centered care, compliance, and team training.
