Supervise medical billing operations, including claim preparation, scrubbing, submission, denial management, collections, account reconciliation, and quality control. Ensure compliance with billing regulations, insurance requirements, CPT codes, and MIPS criteria. Train and evaluate billing staff, coordinate with insurers and providers, manage credentialing and enrollment, prepare billing reports, and support accounts receivable and process improvements.

Provides clinical and technical support during cardiac catheterization procedures, including sterile-field maintenance, airway care, medical gas monitoring, radiation-safe equipment operation, medication and critical-patient transport, point-of-care testing, and operation of cath lab, monitoring, imaging, emergency, and electronic medical record systems.

Patrol hospital premises, monitor visitors and surveillance, respond to emergencies and drills, de-escalate aggressive situations, secure property and personnel, participate in emergency response, maintain confidentiality, and document and report incidents.
