Manage Workers' Compensation, FMLA, employee relations, benefits administration, and assist with payroll. Support recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, ensure HR compliance, and advise managers and employees.

Stock, straighten, and merchandise store departments; unload and stage freight; operate pallet jacks and equipment; perform cart retrieval, customer service, propane refills, and basic front-end duties while following safety procedures.

Supervise and schedule Front End team, ensure excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, monitor cash handling and store security in managers' absence, train staff, conduct performance evaluations, coordinate with night shift, and assist other departments as needed.
