Manages the Outpost/Sporting Goods department by supervising team members, scheduling labor, stocking and merchandising products, maintaining cleanliness, ordering merchandise, handling customer service, and processing transactions. Ensures accurate firearm sales documentation, background checks, inventory transfers, and compliance with company, federal, and state regulations. Performs register operations, department setup and closing, product handling, vendor coordination, and safety procedures.

Stocks, rotates, and monitors chill and frozen merchandise; maintains product freshness, displays, signage, and aisle cleanliness. Provides customer service, retrieves carts, loads customer vehicles, and loads or unloads freight using forklifts and pallet jacks. Assists with scheduling and supervising department team members and assumes PIC responsibilities when needed. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required, with frequent lifting and prolonged standing and walking in a grocery store environment.

Maintains accurate store pricing, processes product receiving through POS software, verifies invoices and freight documentation, submits receiving records to corporate, manages price changes, and secures back-room inventory. Supervises POS, receiving, and auditing team members while coordinating pricing information and special projects with store and corporate management. This is a full-time, in-person retail role requiring evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
