Audits store inventory and pricing, verifies merchandise received through the back door, corrects inventory and pricing errors, prepares pricing information for corporate, and maintains accurate signage and promotional batches. The role also supports POS and receiving duties, secures back-room products, assists customers and front-end operations, and performs other store tasks as needed.

Manages the Outpost/Sporting Goods department by supervising team members, scheduling labor, stocking and merchandising products, maintaining cleanliness, ordering merchandise, handling customer service, and processing transactions. Ensures accurate firearm sales documentation, background checks, inventory transfers, and compliance with company, federal, and state regulations. Performs register operations, department setup and closing, product handling, vendor coordination, and safety procedures.

Stocks, rotates, and monitors chill and frozen merchandise; maintains product freshness, displays, signage, and aisle cleanliness. Provides customer service, retrieves carts, loads customer vehicles, and loads or unloads freight using forklifts and pallet jacks. Assists with scheduling and supervising department team members and assumes PIC responsibilities when needed. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required, with frequent lifting and prolonged standing and walking in a grocery store environment.
