Supervise and schedule Front End team, ensure excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, monitor cash handling and store security in managers' absence, train staff, conduct performance evaluations, coordinate with night shift, and assist other departments as needed.

Perform inventory counts and pricing maintenance across the store: verify incoming product, correct inventory and pricing errors, prepare receivers and signage, use POS and inventory systems, secure back-room product, and assist front end and other departments as needed.

The POS/Receiving PIC supervises pricing accuracy, manages product receiving and invoices, and ensures compliance with corporate pricing standards.
