The Special Project IT Engineer conducts research, develops test scripts, resolves complex IT issues, and manages IT systems including O365 and networking.

Manage client retention and growth for ThreatLocker in the GCC, build and maintain client/partner relationships, support pre-sales and deployments, handle pricing/invoicing and renewals, coordinate with internal teams, track client metrics, provide product training, and travel across GCC markets to expand accounts.

Manage and configure Linux-based virtual environments in Hyper-V for QA testing, automate processes, and collaborate with teams to ensure effective testing.
