Own and improve production scheduling for a manufacturing facility. Develop daily, weekly, and longer-term production plans based on customer needs, capacity, materials, labor, tooling, and other constraints. Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks and delivery risks, manage changing priorities, and communicate production status across Operations, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and leadership. Improve scheduling data, dashboards, reporting, and visual management while driving better on-time delivery and reducing late orders.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes for precision components such as ball screws and lead screws. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, assessing manufacturability, creating routings and work instructions, maintaining ERP data, producing 2D and 3D CAD documentation, supporting production and quality teams, coordinating outside processing, and leading continuous improvement projects. The role works closely with machinists, CNC programmers, engineers, inspectors, and leadership to improve quality, efficiency, consistency, and lead time.

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to produce precision components. Read blueprints, adjust tooling and offsets, monitor machining operations, inspect finished parts with precision instruments, troubleshoot equipment, perform maintenance, and support continuous improvement. The role requires strong CNC machining experience, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and flexibility for overtime or adjusted schedules.

Operate and maintain CNC and manual machining equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, drills, and saws. Set up machines, interpret blueprints and technical documents, inspect precision components, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain safe, organized work areas. Support multiple manufacturing departments, contribute to continuous improvement, and produce high-quality parts while developing machining skills.

Operate manual and semi-automatic lathes to produce precision metal components. Set up machines, install and align tooling and fixtures, interpret blueprints, perform measurements and first-run inspections, sharpen or replace cutting tools, troubleshoot equipment, maintain safe and clean work areas, document job transactions in ERP software, and report quality issues. The role requires mechanical aptitude, precision measurement skills, and willingness to cross-train.
