Lead and manage all accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, inventory, commissions, month- and year-end close, COGS/job costing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Improve controls, implement automations and integrations across Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan, and CaptivateIQ, prepare forecasts and management reports, and mentor the accounting team to support business decisions.

Perform residential sewer inspections and camera operation, sell sewer services, operate and maintain equipment, provide excellent customer service, complete paperless invoicing, attend training, and meet physical and background screening requirements. Travel locally and work occasional Saturdays.

Coordinate and schedule residential HVAC installations, communicate with customers and technicians, ensure materials and equipment availability, track installation progress, resolve delays, maintain installation records, collaborate with sales/service teams, and follow up post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
