Work as a backend-focused software developer building client solutions using Java and Kotlin. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply TDD, CI/CD and continuous delivery practices, embrace DevOps culture, and use cloud technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes). Participate in pair programming, iterative design, and deliver high-quality, maintainable code in an Agile environment. Role is hybrid and requires onsite presence.

Drive revenue and account growth for 1-3 strategic clients by building C-suite relationships, partnering with delivery teams, and executing consultative business development. Align client business and technology strategy with Thoughtworks offerings, mitigate engagement risks, identify expansion opportunities, and help develop IP and best practices to increase portfolio value and margins.

Design, build and mentor teams to deliver large-scale microservice systems using Java and Azure. Advocate TDD, CI/CD, DevSecOps and clean code practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams from ideation through deployment.
