Support daily BeachOS operations by onboarding unassigned consultants, tracking pod progress, managing feedback and availability cadences, analyzing consultant journeys, identifying workflow friction, and developing standardized processes. Track workforce KPIs such as time on beach, upskilling success, deployability, and capacity flow. Assist with dashboarding, operational automation, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting across staffing, people, operations, and engineering teams.

Serve as the bridge between clients and software delivery teams by defining product outcomes, facilitating workshops, eliciting and modeling requirements, creating personas and user stories, managing product backlogs, and supporting software roadmaps and release planning. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver custom applications, mentor analysts, and promote Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery practices.

Lead Thoughtworks’ UKI Data and AI practice, driving complex deal solutioning, pricing, delivery outcomes, sales pipelines, and P&L performance. Build and scale teams, develop production AI and agentic delivery capabilities, manage executive client relationships, and advise on AI strategy, governance, risk, and regulation. The role combines technical architecture expertise with commercial leadership, team development, capacity planning, and strategic workshop facilitation.
