Drive revenue and account growth for 1-3 strategic clients by building C-suite relationships, partnering with delivery teams, and executing consultative business development. Align client business and technology strategy with Thoughtworks offerings, mitigate engagement risks, identify expansion opportunities, and help develop IP and best practices to increase portfolio value and margins.

Perform industry and technology research, analyze data and business processes, translate complex problems into actionable recommendations, produce executive-ready deliverables, facilitate workshops, document requirements, and apply AI tools responsibly to accelerate and validate advisory work while ensuring quality and reusable knowledge.

Provides administrative and logistical support to executives and multiple stakeholders by managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, budgets, time zones, and communication workflows. Coordinates meeting logistics, records notes, distributes action items, and handles sensitive information confidentially. The role requires strong English communication, organization, prioritization, adaptability, and collaboration across distributed teams. It is hybrid in New York with three to four in-office days weekly and flexible hours.
