Manage and improve the WordPress website, create landing pages and marketing content, drive SEO, manage LinkedIn and social media, support email and lead-generation campaigns, and monitor performance using analytics tools. The role also involves graphic design, competitor research, content planning, and applying AI tools to improve marketing productivity and generate qualified B2B opportunities.

Develop and customize Zoho applications using Deluge, scripts, workflows, APIs, integrations, and custom widgets. Design CRM modules, automation, validation, approvals, and business processes; perform data migration and transformation; assess technical feasibility; and document architectures and integrations. Review code for scalability, security, and performance, deliver end-to-end implementations, mentor junior developers, manage multiple projects, and resolve technical blockers while communicating solutions to nontechnical stakeholders.

Lead discovery, design and deliver CRM/ERP implementations (Zoho/Odoo/Salesforce). Translate business processes into solution designs, coordinate development, manage projects and client relationships, drive adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure delivery within scope and budget.
