Owns end-to-end client success for complex core banking transformation engagements, from sales support and implementation through scale and steady state. The role leads governance, adoption, delivery milestones, support escalations, upgrades, client satisfaction, commercial performance, P&L, and expansion opportunities. It requires fluent Thai, deep core banking experience, strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and the ability to coordinate delivery, support, finance, and sales teams across multi-year engagements.

Own end-to-end client success for cloud-based core banking platform implementations, from sales support through adoption, scaling, upgrades, and steady state. Lead governance, stakeholder engagement, production readiness, support escalations, platform stability, commercial and P&L oversight, QBRs, renewals, and expansion opportunities. The role requires deep core banking transformation experience and the ability to coordinate delivery, support, finance, and sales teams across complex engagements.

Leads a security engineering team responsible for defining and delivering the security roadmap, designing secure cloud services and platforms, and implementing security tooling. The role combines people management, technical leadership, roadmap and product strategy contributions, design reviews, code reviews, hands-on engineering, recruitment, process improvement, and engineer development. Candidates need experience managing product-aligned engineering teams and securing modern cloud-native technology stacks.
