Embeds with client engineering teams to design, build, test, and deploy production-ready banking technology implementations. Develops integrations, tooling, data pipelines, and product extensions using Python or Go. Troubleshoots distributed systems, databases, messaging, containers, and cloud infrastructure. Provides technical consulting and presales support, translates requirements into delivery plans, owns client outcomes, and channels client feedback into product improvements. Travel to client sites may comprise up to 25% of the role.

Develop and execute product partnership strategies that expand product capabilities and market opportunities. Identify complementary partners, evaluate technical fit, shape joint propositions, create go-to-market plans and collateral, lead partner workshops, manage relationships, coordinate commercial activities, and track partnership success. The role requires strong knowledge of core banking, payments, cloud platforms, banking markets, technology trends, relationship management, presentations, and project management.

Lead an AI platform engineering team that builds cloud-native tools and platforms enabling employees to use AI safely and productively. Manage engineers, own technical deliverables and roadmap strategy, conduct design reviews and code reviews, perform hands-on development, measure platform impact, and support career development, recruitment, and engineering-wide initiatives.
