Manage contract furniture projects from booking through installation and final payment. Maintain ERP data, coordinate supply chain and vendors, select shipping/freight, and oversee installations. Provide product design and technical sales support using Solid Edge and KeyShot, produce costing/pricing, and collaborate with product design and sales teams.

Perform skilled woodworking tasks to produce high-end custom furniture: cutting, sanding, joining, inspecting parts, repairing, building jigs, and collaborating across departments. Read shop drawings and blueprints, use hand tools, maintain quality and safety standards, and may train others.

Manage post-sale customer interactions by fielding calls and emails, coordinating repairs, pickups, and factory tours, and maintaining HubSpot and internal systems. Partner with Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure accurate order entry and delivery. Drive process improvements, define service standards, coach team members, handle escalations, and report CX metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and departmental growth.
